Can I simply become "invisible" and not be deleted all together?
Yes. In MY PROFILE you can select "Suspend your profile" and your information will be hidden. This is great when you make a successful contact and start dating. You never know if it will last and we don't want you to have to go to a lot of trouble recreating, and uploading, and scanning photos... again.
Does it cost me anything to remain a basic member?
No. You simply cannot initiate contact with another member - you can wait for other members to discover you and contact you. You can then reply for free.
I don't want to be a member any longer. Now what?
1) Login
2) Click on "MY PROFILE" at the top of the page
3) Click "Cancel your membership"
I was deleted by my request, but didn't mean to be. Now what?
Sorry about that but you have to start all over. You could have suspended your profile instead.
