Am I deleted when my premium membership expires?

No. Your profile stays online until you go to MY PROFILE and click "Cancel your membership." When your premium membership expires, you lose the ability to contact members. But you can reply to members who contact you.

Can I get a refund for time not used on your site?

No, Sorry. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Period. We do not normally record or track our members activities to verify if someone are using the service that they purchased. Most billing options allow unlimited contacts during the term perchased. You should have no problem getting your money's worth.

Can I just let my premium membership expire? What happens?

Sure you can. What happens is that you can no longer initiate contact with other members. We think that kind of takes the fun out of it.

Can I use a friend's credit card to become a premium member?

Gee, you better ask your friend, not me. I'm not aware of anything in our system that prevents this but it will flag for possible fraud and possibly delay your ability to contact members.

Do you keep charging my credit card like other sites?

There is ONE option for your membership upgrade where we will bill you every month until you cancel the service. A few people prefer this option so we thought we'd make it available.

Is it safe to supply my credit card on this site?

YOU BET! It's probably safer than using a credit card in a restaurant. Our processor is 2checkout.com

"2CO" is what will show on your credit card statement. There should also be a tracking number which you can use at http://www.2co.com/

Will you accept a personal check or money order in the mail?

No. We'd prefer you use a credit card and our automated secure payment system. It cost us a bunch 'o money, please use it. ;-) When you use a credit/debit card, your account is instantly credited and you can start contacting members. It can take weeks for checks to get to us via the mail and then clear the bank.
