Singles With Scruples Really Works!
Well, it used to really work. I paid for a software upgrade and when it was activated, the site brought down the entire server, including other sites on the server. Nobody understands why because SWS was not a modified site and no 3rd party applications or code had been added. So the upgrade should have proceeded smooth as silk. It didn't.

My hosting account has been disabled, it's paid in fill, but disabled until someone can come up with a working solution. I can't even get in to the site and recover any of my data. At worse case, we'll try and restore the previous version.

Getting anything done is like pulling teeth. This vendor does not seem very concerned that our site is offline. "Not our problem, we looked at it..." is the attitude.

I hope we'll be back soon. I'm very sorry for the outage.
